Module 1 introduces the history of tea, the tea plant, basics of harvesting and considers what makes a good cup of tea.
Module 2 introduces key processing terms in the manufacture of tea, including insight into oxidation and fermentation. The module also includes an in-depth look at the manufacturing processes for Black Teas and Green Teas.
Module 3 expands on manufacturing methods by looking closely at the processes involved in producing white teas, oolong, Yellow teas and Puerh.
Module 4 is the final module in this course and explains tea grading terms, flavoured and blended teas and ends with a look at tea's many health benefits.
